Sometimes I cooperate with experts on certain fields in order to guarantee the best quality. This can be language trainers or intercultural experts. Language trainers are either a member of the Language Trainers NetWork (LTNW) or I know them from my network. They possess a licence to teach their mother tongue and are experienced.The most important characteristics of a trainer according to me are patience and kindness. All trainers and other experts I cooperate with, possess these largely!
